Ayurveda Diagnosis and the Mathematics it works around with

 #Ayurveda diagnosis is based on a basic fundamental of SROTAS

SROTAS is in simple translation meaning - source

This source can be of a function or a produce,

Ayurveda considers 13 of such sources in its treatise and they can be mapped against modern medicine's physiological systems. 

Eg: Mutravaha Srotas talks about the process, reasons and method and the organ of urination. 

Similarly Annavaha Srotas talks about the complete process of Digestion, Absorption, Assimilation which is metabolism.

Similarly other Srotas.

The most interesting is Majjavaha Srotas which talks about modern day Cell division, maturation and tissue formation and differentiation.

This also covers cancers; and all and any other conditions.

Diseases / Disorders here in all these conditions have been considered in only 2 modes - increased or reduced activity.

There interactions among other srotas has also been discussed. 

THE MACROSCOPIC VIEW

The macroscopic picture here thus considering 13 as a number (n) suggests the following permutations possible.

SET(A)

Permutations, nPr = 13!(13 - 13)!= 6,227,020,800

Combinations, nCr = 13!13! × (13 - 13)!= 1
